Coordinate the use of facilities assigned to the Centre.
Develop, Lead and Encourage fundraising in support of the Centre\'s goals as well as outreach and public service efforts
Oversee the process of maintaining student academic records
Overlook the management of day to day Administrative activities of the centre
Ensure that all day to day updates with records on Student and staff data
Ensure relation with external agencies: Govt., partners, vendors
Coordinate within admin team to support the delivery of the academic process and guide them on their specific job roles
Coordinate the smooth functioning of all departments; each working individually and as a group
Submission of regular MIS to the management: Accounts, academic and administrative
Accounts related:
Stipend disbursement and maintain individual student records
Maintain Centre Accounts with the Accountant
Follow Centre budgets, as per requirement of the HODs.
Ensure coordination at all levels for timely payments to vendors
Support to teaching:
Ensure supply of material and equipment on time for academic training as per requirement from the HOD
Ensure timely and appropriate arrangements events; in-house and outdoor to support learning as per requirement from HOD
Ensure regular lectures are being conducted
Ensure teaching costs are maintained in the budgeted amount
Infrastructure:
Maintain the proper infrastructure of the premises
Maintain AMC of equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and facilities
Maintain inventory records
Maintain proper repairs of the premises and equipments
Ensure cleanliness and proper hygiene in the centre
Record keeping of all incoming and outgoing of material and equipment
Determine the requirements for the future and present to the management to support the growth plan of the centre
Establish quality standards of checks on various services:
Transport
Hostel
Catering
Security
Uniforms
Those affecting the domains of Teaching & Learning and
General safety of the environment.
Human Resource:
Lead the processes and overseeing of faculty and staff selection and retention
Coordinating the professional development of Centre administrators and staff
Evaluate Centre administrators and staff
Evaluate Department HODs
Manage non-teaching staff members
Maintain attendance of staff for payroll management
Any other work as assigned by the Administration Manager and the management.
Desirable characteristics / Successful candidates should: * Graduate preferred or with relevant Industry experience
Prior successful experience in academic program management, understanding of needs and circumstances of students, and ability to work as a member of a team whenever required.
Knowledge and experience with programs in the Vocational field very desirable.
Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative skills with key attention to detail
Have an in-depth understanding of all documentation, duties, tasks and procedures associated with vocational training center
Strong administrative, management and leadership skills
Belief in the guiding principles of ANTTC
