A Tele Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers. Key duties include:
1. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and market trends.
3. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
4. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research and networking.
5. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales.
6. Reporting: Track sales activities and provide reports on performance and forecasts.
7. Collaboration: Work with marketing and other teams to align sales efforts.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
