:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The Maintenance Supervisor will be in charge of ensuring all building systems, equipment, and facilities run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for resolving any maintenance issues that may arise and carrying out repairs when needed, especially in emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure that all building systems and equipment are functioning properly.
• Address any maintenance issues or repairs quickly and effectively.
• Handle and supervise plumbing tasks, including repairs and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Perform regular checks and inspections on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns.
• Manage emergency repairs when needed.
• Supervise and support the maintenance team.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of safety and quality.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Salary: Around ?14,500 to ?19,500 per month (based on experience)

Experience: Preferred 2 year of work experience in a similar role, including plumbing experience.
