Skills & Responsibilities:
• Having Sound Knowledge in the windows platform, Good Hardware Knowledge. Trouble Shooting Skills
• Installation, configuration and management of operating system and application on Windows7/Windows 10
• Trouble Shooting Internet problems on both the Internet and intranet
• Responsible for resolving user end issues (L1 support)
• OS upgradation patches and service pack implementation
• Configuration & troubleshooting of software and hardware problems
• Client VoIp configuration on user end and basic trouble shooting
• Providing the L1 Technical support, for the remote users
• Help to maintain the IT assessment tracker
• Should possess good excel skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,538.25 - ?24,916.76 per month
