Job Description
• Inbound and Outbound calls, advise customers and follow up with the customers
• Ability to convience customers about taking the trip with Switrus
• Provide professional and quality consultation that exceeds client expectations
• Should have good communication skill
• Able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly / monthly basis.
• Handling Incoming Calls , Follow up with Exciting Customers, Followup with FIXED Departure customers, Provide Group and Individual Packages as per requirement , Maintain Good Relationship with the customers and obtain feedback from customers.
