Job Description
We are hiring dynamic and motivated Admission Counselors who can guide and assist parents and students in the admission process while building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with parents in Kannada, Hindi, and English to explain school offerings and address concerns.
• Assist in the admission process from inquiries to enrollment.
• Travel within assigned areas (two-wheeler required).
• Meet enrollment targets and track performance through conversions.
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor while listening to and convincing parents.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
• Ready to travel locally (two-wheeler required).
• Goal-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Commission pay
