Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products, quality checking, and ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery as per company guidelines. Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Follow all safety protocols and report any issues to the supervisor. Maintain production logs and complete required documentation. Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum SSC/High School Pass

Experience:

0-1yr, Training will be provided.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of machine operations and production processes. Attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina and willingness to perform repetitive tasks. Teamwork and adaptability to shift-based work.

Work Conditions:

Shift-based work (Day/Night shifts as applicable). Standing for extended periods and handling machinery/tools. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided as per safety norms.
