Position\'s General Duties and Tasks
Resolves more complex client situations by applying demonstrated knowledge and skills generally acquired through job experience.
Ensures accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
Receive inbound calls from the providers and ensure that queries are resolved in effective manner.
Requirements:
Should have at least a year of experience in Customer Service.
Should be a Graduate.
Solid customer service skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate in English language in both verbal and written forms.
Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday (US Shifts).
