• Develop and lead the creative vision for all video content - including shoot videos, 2D animation, motion graphics, and 3D animation - ensuring alignment with brand strategy and communication objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end video production, from ideation to postproduction, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and other business support teams such as brand, digital marketing, and products to create impactful campaigns, brand stories, explainer videos, and customer testimonials, ensuring efficient stakeholder management.
• Efficiently manage and nurture a team of video editors, animators, and production specialists, providing guidance and ensuring on-time delivery of projects.
• Stay updated on video trends and technologies, and help the team adopt AI tools to enhance video quality and relevance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and production houses for largescale projects when needed.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met and brand standards are upheld.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in video production, including experience in leading and managing creative teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video projects, including brand campaigns, customer testimonials, and explainer videos.
• Experience in producing content for digital platforms, with a deep understanding of audience engagement.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and animation tools for 2D, 3D, and motion graphics.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, relatable video content.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in finance or a similar industry is a plus.

• Understanding of regional languages and cultural diversity in India.
• Experience in guerrilla marketing or creating hyperlocal content.
