: Tele Counsellor Position at a Leading Aviation Service in Gurgaon Job Title: Tele Counsellor Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18 : We are looking for a Tele Counsellor to join our team at a well-known Aviation company in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, delivering tele-counselling services, and generating leads. This role demands strong communication skills in both Hindi and English. Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound and inbound calls to provide tele-counselling services

• Generate leads and contribute to the overall sales process

• Communicate effectively in Hindi and English

• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information

• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team success

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or undergraduates are welcome to apply

• Minimum 6 months to 6 years of experience in BPO outbound processes

• Ability to work from the office location in Gurgaon, Sector 18

• Possession of relevant documents such as Aadhar card, Pan card, educational marksheets, and certificates

• Immediate joiners are preferred

• Candidates pursuing regular courses need not apply

Working Hours:

• 6 days working (Monday to Saturday)

• Office hours from 10 am to 7 pm

• Fixed off on Sundays

Compensation:

• Freshers CTC: 234000 (In hand: 19500 k)

• Experienced CTC: 252000 (In hand: 21000K)

• Attractive monthly incentives

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

• Experience in outbound tele-calling, tele-sales, and lead generation

• Ability to work from the office location in Gurgaon, Sector 18

• Possession of relevant documents such as Aadhar card, Pan card, educational mark-sheets, and certificates
