Job Summary:
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that align with our business goals. You will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics to ensure that our social media efforts are effective and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that is consistent with our brand's voice and style.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Community Management: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and managing online communities.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize cross-channel campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies, and apply them to your strategies.
• SEO & Content Integration: Coordinate with SEO and content teams to ensure social media efforts complement overall digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within IT Industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content creation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
