  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and target new customers in various sectors such as construction, manufacturing, telecommunications, mining, healthcare, and hospitality.
  • Promote the companyxe2x80x99s genset product line to potential clients, emphasizing features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads and opportunities.
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales.
  • Prepare and present customized sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and understanding their evolving needs.
  • Act as the key point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product specifications, pricing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Provide technical assistance or coordinate with technical teams to meet customer specifications.
  • Market Analysis
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop competitive sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer demands for genset products and services.
  • Track and report on market intelligence and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and performance updates to management.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with internal departments (marketing, technical, logistics, and customer support) to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with the service and maintenance teams to offer after-sales services to customers, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Availability to travel as needed
