Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning & Delivery:

Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons for primary classes. Use innovative teaching methods, including storytelling, phonics, and interactive activities, to enhance language learning. Ensure alignment with the CBSE curriculum and National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 guidelines.

Language Skill Development:

Focus on improving students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Conduct phonics sessions, vocabulary-building activities, and grammar exercises. Encourage creative writing, role-plays, and debates to enhance communication skills.

Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring:

Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress. Provide constructive feedback and maintain detailed academic records. Identify learning gaps and offer personalized support to students.

Classroom Management:

Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment. Encourage active participation and critical thinking. Instill values of teamwork, respect, and confidence among students.

Co-curricular & Extracurricular Activities:

Organize and participate in storytelling sessions, poetry recitations, dramatics, and literary competitions. Guide students in school publications, reading clubs, and creative writing projects.

Parental Communication & Engagement:

Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and areas of improvement. Provide learning strategies and support for parents to assist their children at home.

Professional Development:

Attend workshops, training sessions, and faculty meetings to stay updated with teaching methodologies. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
