Job Description
We at LCF are recruiting for the below roles at Samantarapur location.
1. Mobiliser/Outreach Coordinator: To mobilize youth from the slum communities and build healthy relationships with these communities. To be a role model and explain the program and its benefits to the youth and their parents from these communities. Ensure maximum enrolment of the youth at the Centre adhering to the enrolment criteria as per the program objective.
2. Facilitator & Counselor
Facilitate the Foundation Course for new students, ensuring engagement and completion.Lead workshops and life skills sessions to help students unlock their full potential.
3. Spoken English cum Digital Trainer:
Responsible for conducting the English & digital skill training for the new students at the assigned Lighthouse. Classroom delivery of English & Digital training content to improve students job readiness.
Candidates based in Odisha and immediate joiners are preferred.
