for Windows Admin5+ years of experience in Windows Administration, Hyper-v Administration, MS cluster
Administration, Networking, Performance Tuning, Patch Management, Windows Upgrades into
production environment, including customer facing or customer support roles.
Need to be flexible to work in shifts and work from Office.Technical Skills:-
\xef\x82\xb7 Extensive troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability required for Windows OS,
Windows Cluster, Performance issue, RDP issue and Hyper-V.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good experience required on Hyper-V management.
\xef\x82\xb7 Cluster - Strong Knowledge and experience required for MS Failover Cluster Installation,
configuration and troubleshooting of cluster issues. Ability to provide the RCA with the
available logs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Windows - Server 2008 till 2022 installation, configuration, and end to end support for OS
related issues. Dump file analysing.
\xef\x82\xb7 Patching - Good Experience required in Windows patching and Hyper-V host patching.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good Knowledge required on DNS, DHCP and GPO.
\xef\x82\xb7 Tools - Good experience required on various MS tools like , Perfmon , procmon and netmon.
\xef\x82\xb7 Scripting \xe2\x80\x93 Good to have PowerShell scripting knowledge.
\xef\x82\xb7 Process \xe2\x80\x93 Good Knowledge on ITIL process.Soft Skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communications skills \xe2\x80\x93 Excellent spoken and written English communication.
\xef\x82\xb7 Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain
customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire
confidence
\xef\x82\xb7 The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve
difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat
services as applicable
