\xef\x82\xb7 Be able to conduct RCA /1 Year analysis on monthly audit data & publish the
findings,
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong Communication Skills- both verbal & written, to be able to provide
Feedback and coaching on monthly quality session for operations teams to share
top improvements & preventive actions,
\xef\x82\xb7 Be able to conduct one on one connects with the bottom quartile management
and
\xef\x82\xb7 Flexibility to work in any shift, depending on the shift that Operations Follows.
