Job Description
We are looking for an IT Executive with strong desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and networking knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems, resolving hardware and software issues, and assisting with network troubleshooting (routers, switches, IP configuration, etc.).
A CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is preferred, but candidates with equivalent networking knowledge will also be considered. The role also involves managing IT inventory, providing user training, and creating technical documentation. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in desktop support or network administration, solid communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
