Graphic Designer

Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistency in designs across various media outlets, product packaging, creating visually compelling assets for print and digital media, and staying abreast of industry trends and technologies.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and create engaging designs including product catalogs, packaging, advertisements, website graphics, and social media content.

Conceptualise and design product logos, icons, and other visual elements that align with brand guidelines.

Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas

Create engaging videos for social media and product reviews

Understanding consumer journey will be a plus

Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions

Must have ability to ideate and refer to relevant design touch-points

Work towards doing things differently with available guidance for various designs

Ownership of projects/tasks assigned

Technical know-how:

Advanced Graphic design, illustrations, basic knowledge of UI/UX, video editing on Premier pro/After effects & Figma or other softwares

Advanced software skills of Adobe Creative Suite

Strong sense of typography, imagery, colours, composition and visual layouts

Ability to keep up with & implement recent developments in the design

Communication

Ability to clearly convey information through a variety of channels to existing or potential customers

Must be receptive to constructive feedback

Take ownership of QC of all the assigned work

Must organize all design deliverables within timelines agreed upon
