• Responsible to address and resolve Consumer & Commercial queries, requests and complaints.
• Providing amazing customer service by attending incoming calls from existing customers.
• Answering any questions they have or resolving issues with a positive attitude.
• Figure out best ways to ensure that customer are happy with the services.
Key skills required:
• Good English communications skills.
• Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Banking knowledge will be preferable.
Qualification: Any Graduate or (10+2+3) Experience: Min 12 Month's mandatory (On paper).
Shifts-24•7 Shift (Male) (Pick up or drop available in odd shifts) 7am to 8pm (females) any 9hrs shift
