Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct NHIP Training: Deliver structured New Hire Induction Program (NHIP) for TSMs, ensuring seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer.



Sales & Product Training: Provide in-depth training on company products, sales techniques, customer engagement, and competitive market strategies.

KPI & SOP Adherence: Ensure that new hires understand and comply with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).



Assessment & Evaluation: Monitor trainees' progress through assessments, role

plays, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms.

Soft Skills Development: Train new hires on communication, negotiation, time management, and customer relationship management.

Process & Compliance Training: Educate trainees on company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical selling practices.

Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with HR, and the L&D team to align training objectives with business goals.

Report & Feedback: Maintain training reports, track participant performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,532.31 - ?36,038.24 per month
