Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for building and nurturing our online and offline communities, fostering strong relationships, and enhancing user engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in community management, influencer communication, and a deep understanding of women's health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

? Community Building : Develop and implement strategies to build and grow online and offline communities for LAIQA across various platforms such as social media, forums, and local events.

? Engagement : Foster a positive and engaging community environment by responding to comments, messages, and discussions promptly and professionally.

? Content Creation : Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for social media, newsletters, and community forums that resonate with our audience.

? Influencer Relations : Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote LAIQA and its mission.

? Events and Webinars : Plan and execute online and offline events, webinars, and meetups to engage the community and provide valuable experiences.

? Feedback and Insights : Collect and analyze community feedback to provide insights to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

? Advocacy : Encourage community members to become brand advocates and share their positive experiences with LAIQA.

? Reporting : Monitor and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and the impact of community activities on overall brand awareness.

Qualifications

? Experience : Proven experience in community management, preferably within the B2C health, wellness, or femtech industry.

? Influencer Communication : Experience in managing influencer relationships and executing influencer marketing campaigns.

? Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and authentic content.

? Social Media Savvy : Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

? Event Planning : Experience in planning and executing events, both online and offline.

? Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze community engagement metrics and derive actionable insights.

? Passion for Women's Health : A genuine interest in women's health and wellness, and a passion for empowering women through education and support.
