As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs, collaborating with Consultant and stakeholders, and overseeing the construction process. Coordination with the Structural & MEP production team Job Responsibilities: Develop architectural designs and plans that meet Our Product requirements, budget constraints, and local building codes and regulations. Coordinate with Consultant, engineers, and other professionals to gather project specifications, goals, and constraints. Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations to assess the potential of proposed projects. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project execution aligns with design intent. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide technical guidance. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects. Professional licensure or registration as an architect (preferred but not always mandatory) Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and visualization tools. In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Strong project management and organizational skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and construction teams.
