This company has 16 manufacturing units in India, Job Title: Assistant Area Sales Manager (AASM) - Project Sales Location: Bangalore Responsibilities:

• Drive institutional sales through government projects, architects, builders, contractors, and consultants.

• Identify and secure new project orders.

• Develop business opportunities and maintain key accounts.

• Expand the network of business partners.

• Engage with builders, architects, and contractors.

• Manage government projects, PWD, CPWD, RMD; including tendering, obtaining approvals, meeting with government officials, price negotiation, and delivering presentations.

• Maintain strong connections with government personnel.

• Flexibility to conduct client visits on weekends.

• Potential supervision of a team.

• Previous experience in project sales of building materials to builders, architects, and contractors.

• Maximum age of 36 years.

• Relevant experience in project sales.

• Strong network and connections in the building materials industry.

• Proven ability to manage government projects and engage with government officials.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Flexibility to conduct client visits on weekends.

• Leadership skills to potentially manage a team.
