The Company will be launching a French childrenxe2x80x99s apparel brand in India, with the first store in Mumbai. The brand has crafted collections that reimagine the timeless heritage of French fashion for children. As a contemporary brand with classic roots, they create clothes, accessories, shoes, and nursery items that celebrate the magic and whimsy of childhood

• Guide and assist customers throughout their buying journey, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
• xe2x80xa2 Support retail operations, including handling cash transactions, store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising to maintain a premium store environment.
• xe2x80xa2 Open and close the store with responsibility and attention to detail, ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously.
• xe2x80xa2 Drive store-level sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate product recommendations.
• xe2x80xa2 Assist the store manager and team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• xe2x80xa2 Manage store assets and equipment with care, ensuring everything is in optimal condition.
• xe2x80xa2 Maintain the in-store visual merchandise to reflect the brandxe2x80x99s luxury image and attract potential customers.
• xe2x80xa2 Provide feedback and on-ground insights to the management team to help improve store operations and customer satisfaction.

• Candidate with bachelor's degree from any stream with minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the international fashion or luxury kids apparel brands is a plus.
• xe2x80xa2 Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to deliver a high end shopping experience.
• xe2x80xa2 Proficient in relevant computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
• xe2x80xa2 Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices within a luxury retail environment.
• xe2x80xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• xe2x80xa2 Team player with strong listening skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• xe2x80xa2 Ability to resolve customer concerns with tact and diplomacy, maintaining the brandxe2x80x99s reputation.
• xe2x80xa2 Honest, mature, and well-organized, with a keen eye for detail.
• xe2x80xa2 Willingness to work hard, take on diverse tasks, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude

• Working days- 6 days (1 week off between Mon to Fri, weekend mandatory working)
• Working time- 9 hrs rotational (morning or afternoon)
• Location- Bangalore The Asia Mall
• candidate should have experience in luxury footwear, retail fashion, beauty or jewelry industry
