:

Designation: IT Support Engineer

Experience: 2+years

Should have working experience and knowledge of Windows & Linux Operating System

Ready to work in night shift.

Responsibilities:

Installation and Configure Linux/Windows Systems Operating system.

Providing technical support to end users for any desktop/laptop related hardware or software issue.

Install, Configure, and upgrade desktop/laptop operating system and applications.

Perform regular maintenance task such as patch management and system updates.

Acknowledge and respond to tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.

Implement and maintain directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) for user authentication and access control.

Configure and deploy network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Ensure network scalability, redundancy, and reliability to meet business requirements.

Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).

Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address security risks.

Monitor network performance, traffic, and utilization using network monitoring tools.

Identify and troubleshoot network issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks.

Configure and manage network services such as DNS, DHCP, and NTP.

Document all the hardware and software issue.

Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.

Desired Profile:

Managing and updating the inventory.

Following daily checklist.

Managing and maintaining the whole IT Infrastructure System

Troubleshooting ability (Software, Hardware, and Server)

Ability to understand new technology and adaptability.

Experience with TCP/ IP networks and hosts.

Soft Skills, Good written and oral communication skills in English

Should be able to effectively communicate with team.

Team player with strong inter-personal skills

Reporting daily activities to respective manager.

Must have good verbal and written communication.
