Customer Support - Job Responsibilities:
1. Support & provide customer service via & chats.
2. Handling customer queries.
3. Effectively dealing with customers & identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Meeting the expectations of the customers and other duties as assigned.
5. Taking care of after sales services
6. Use a structured approach for identifying problems and assessing what can be done.
7. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
8. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
9. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
10. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
11. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
12. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Requirements :
?Proven customer support experience
?Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
?Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
?Excellent communication and presentation skills
?Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
?Comfortable working in rotational shifts (morning & afternoon)
