Job Title: Customer Service Associate - Outbound Calls

: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to insured parties, informing them about claim verification details, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to insured parties to inform them about claim verification details.

? Explain the claim verification process clearly and accurately to the insured parties.

? Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

? Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer interaction and data privacy.

Qualifications:

? Must have experience in a customer service role

? Excellent communication skills.

? Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Must be proficient in English ,Hindi & Malayalam

? Proficiency in Tamil,Kannada and Telugu will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
