Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Customer Outreach : Conduct proactive follow-up calls to customers post-vehicle purchase, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have regarding after-sales service.
• Service Reminders : Initiate service reminder calls to inform customers about upcoming maintenance schedules, ensuring their vehicles receive timely attention for optimal performance.
• Issue Resolution : Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding after-sales service. Collaborate with the service team to provide solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Feedback Collection : Gather feedback on the after-sales service experience, identifying areas for improvement. Relay valuable insights to the management team for continuous enhancement of service quality.
• Promotion of Service Packages : Educate customers on available service packages and promotions, encouraging them to take advantage of preventive maintenance options tailored to their vehicle's needs.

Must have:

• Automotive Background: Prior experience in an automotive after-sales service role is essential to understand customer needs and technical aspects of vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers effectively, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.
• Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Result-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed targets for service package sales, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
• Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage and prioritize follow-up calls, service reminders, and issue resolution to maximize productivity.
