Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and sanitary environment, and prioritize workplace safety for staff and guests. Responsibilities - Operational Team Leadership: Recruit, Hire & Train: Recruit new team members, conduct onboarding and training programs, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in cafe management or a similar food service leadership role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and delegate effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in cafe operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and cash handling. Passion for the coffee industry and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Working knowledge of health and safety regulations. Food service experience a plus.
