Should focus on all the productsincluding equity, derivatives (F&O), currency, commodities, MF & PMS.Responsible for taking initiatives for building brand in the locality. Should be responsible forexpansion of client base including (HNI, Ground, and Web).Develop business through appointment of new franchisees in the territory.Responsible for achieving brokerage productivity per RMResponsible for achieving brokerage productivity per client (HNI and Retail) & achieve client profitability.Ensure adherence to all compliance as laid down by Risk and Compliance.Ensure harmonious relationships with employees team members & take initiatives to build employees capability.Responsible to achieve all advisory product targets of branch.Responsible for cross selling third party products for the branchHelp branch team achieve their productivity as defined by companyGather assets in products as defined in KPITo Drive business thru Team of RM/AM/SE/ISMaintain I/E Ratio of 3:1 from Direct business & 4:1 including franchisee businessQualification :Graduates / MBA with 5 years experience in a Stock Broking FirmGood understanding & knowledge about the capital market.
