We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Branch Development Manager to oversee and drive business growth for our insurance products.
This role involves managing day-to-day branch operations, developing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring the achievement of targets through effective team management and relationship building.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and agents to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, while providing regular sales reports to management.
