We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
The role involves supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales, managing a team of financial advisor, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives in the assigned area.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance team or advisors.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Support agents in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing sales.
• Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback and training to enhance productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
