We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Officer to join our team.
The role involves driving insurance sales in the assigned area, managing agents or advisors, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Jobs Roles and Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors to achieve sales goals.
• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the assigned area.
• Motivate agents to meet performance standards and achieve their sales targets.
• Conduct regular sales activities such as client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Monitor agent performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop strong client relationships and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
