Key Responsibilities:
• Meet customers on appointment basis With Ur Advisor to close sales leads
• Sell Life insurance and other investments Plan
• Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
• Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
• Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
• Develop various sources of LA hiring, including Conducting local activities & passionately promoting Agency
Qualification Criteria:
• Proven Sales Leader: 2+ years of experience successfully leading and managing sales teams in a corporate environment.
• CTC :: Up to 4 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
• Communication & Leadership Prowess: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Sales Mastermind: A deep understanding of the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals.
