:

The Advance Faculty member is responsible for providing high-quality education, conducting significant research, and contributing to the academic community through service. This role involves advanced teaching methods, curriculum development, mentoring students, and leading innovative research projects.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching and Instruction:

• Deliver advanced courses in the specified field of expertise.
• Develop and update curriculum materials to reflect current trends and advancements.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Supervise and mentor graduate students, including thesis and dissertation guidance.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and exams.

Research:

• Conduct independent and collaborative research leading to publications in reputable journals.
• Secure research funding through grants and other sources.
• Present research findings at national and international conferences.
• Collaborate with other researchers and institutions on interdisciplinary projects.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field.

Service:

• Participate in departmental, college, and university committees.
• Contribute to the academic community through peer review, conference organization, and other professional activities.
• Engage in community outreach and public service related to the field of expertise.
• Mentor junior faculty members and provide professional development support.

Administrative Duties:

• Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and programs.
• Participate in student recruitment, retention, and advising activities.
• Contribute to the accreditation and assessment processes within the department or college.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the department chair or dean.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
