Sr. Product Manager - Hindustan Times - Delhi NcrJob Title: Sr. Product Manager (Customer Journey)
Location: Gurgaon/DelhiExperience: 2+yearsKey Responsibilities:1) Product Vision and Strategy:- Develop a comprehensive vision for our OTT Play product- Stay informed on the latest trends in OTT Industry, and digital media.2) User Experience and Engagement:- Design engaging user experiences specifically for consumer Journey.- Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user interface.3) Data Analysis and Decision Making:- Use data analytics to inform product decisions and improvements.- Set and monitor KPIs related to user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.4) Market Research:- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscape.- Coordinate with marketing teams to define effective market entry and growth strategies.5) Stakeholder Management:- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, editorial teams, marketing, and technical staff.- Present product plans and progress reports regularly.6) Agile Project Management:- Lead cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.- Prioritize and manage the product backlog and roadmap.Qualifications:- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in Startups or digital media.- In-depth knowledge of Customer Journey.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proven track record of managing products through the entire lifecycle.- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.About Hindustan Times Labs - Launched in 2020, HT Media Labs is an innovation hub, supporting products built to democratize and personalize content discovery across differentiated genres.
