As a Copy Editor, you will ensure that all content meets our high editorial standards and engages our readers effectively.Job Role: Copy EditorKey Responsibilities:- Edit and proofread lifestyle articles, features, and other content for grammar, punctuation, style, and accuracy.- Ensure consistency and adherence to the publication\'s editorial guidelines and style guide.- Work closely with writers, journalists, and other editors to refine content and enhance readability.- Fact-check information to ensure accuracy and credibility.- Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of lifestyle trends and developments.- Meet tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks and priorities.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.- 3-7 years of experience as a lifestyle writer in a media house or publication company.- Excellent command of the English language, with strong grammar and editorial skills.- Proven ability to edit and improve written content while maintaining the author\'s voice and intent.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Familiarity with digital publishing tools and content management systems is a plus.
