Objective :

- The Process Transformation Manager will contribute to the organization\'s continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for process optimization and leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a combination of analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive meaningful change across the enterprise.

- The primary responsibility will be to identify bottlenecks, provide recommendations, and drive initiatives to achieve desired process efficiency and effectiveness. This will require the individual to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes are simplified, aligned with industry best practices, and contribute to overall business success.

Job Responsibilities :

Reports To: National Head - Enterprise Process Transformation

Key Customers :

Internal Customers : HCCB Leadership Team, ZVPs, COEs and Zone Teams, Plant and Supply Chain Managers, Enabling function, Procurement, HR & Finance Managers supporting Zone etc.

External Customers : Distributors, Wholesalers and General Trade Customers

Job Requirements :

Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).

Experience :

1. 2+ years of experience in working with cross functional teams.

2. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

3. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, data visualization tools).

4. Excellent project management and change management skills.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

7. Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, AGILE) is desirable.

Functional Skills :

1. Process Analysis and Assessment:

a. Conduct thorough analyses of existing organizational processes to identify areas of improvement.

b. Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather process-related data and insights.

c. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

d. Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows and standard operating procedures.

2. Insight Generation :

a. Extract meaningful insights from process data and performance metrics.

b. Translate data-driven findings into actionable recommendations for process optimization.

c. Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress.

3. External Benchmarking :

a. Research industry best practices and benchmark the organization\'s processes against them.

b. Identify opportunities to adopt external benchmarks to improve process efficiency.

c. Collaborate with external partners, consultants, or industry experts for benchmarking insights.

4. Process Simplification Initiatives :

a. Lead and manage process simplification initiatives from inception to implementation.

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and objectives.

c. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of results.

d. Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement projects.

5. Change Management :

a. Work closely with stakeholders to drive change and ensure adoption of new processes.

b. Develop change management strategies and communication plans.

c. Provide guidance and training to teams affected by process changes.

6. Continuous Improvement Culture:

a. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

b. Encourage feedback and suggestions from employees for process enhancement.

c. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that can improve processes.
