Objective : The Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing communication strategies to enhance the company\'s brand reputation, both internally and externally. This position requires a creative thinker with excellent writing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, blog posts on the websites, social media updates, and internal communications. Ensure content maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging.
- Drive niche, tailor-made as well as national campaigns for the PACS department targeted at audiences, using HCCB social media strength.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve internal communication and employee engagement.
- Coordinate company-wide announcements, updates, and newsletters.
- Ensure all communication materials align with the company\'s brand guidelines and values.
- Monitor and maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Monitor and analyse communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with stakeholder engagement teams to weave narratives that make the case for positive change.
- Work with different communications agencies and vendors to drive communication efforts.
- Play an enabling role in ensuring a unique but consistent company brand experience for stakeholders, within and outside of factories - including the CSR sites.
- Continuously assess new platforms and channels for communication and narrative building.
- Evolve, test and nuance new communication campaigns models.

External Customers: State Governments, Civil Society, NGOs, Industry, Think tanks, Academia, Student organizations.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field (Master\'s degree is a plus).
Experience: 4-7 years of communications/messaging/campaign experience at a campaign agency or a corporate
Functional Skills:
- Ability to discover stories and narrate them across a variety of platforms ranging from social media to external media.
- Editorial capabilities including excellent writing and editing skills.
- Knowledge of social media, reach, distribution, measurement, and metrics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing, communications, and campaigns.
- Ability to create strong narratives and campaigns, customized to the audience.
- Knowledge of issues and trends in the manufacturing sector and the broader social, economic, political, and environmental landscape.
- Strategic thinking and effective networking and influencing skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity that comes with working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to attend sensitively to various stakeholder issues.
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English and local languages.
- Analytical skills to interpret communication metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Crisis communication experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
