Job Description
Sampling Checks based on Hard cuts and identified parameters (rejections, approvals etc) Quality Management in terms of TAT tracking, pendency, etc. Analysis and Review of cases with high DPD, early Bounce Cases and highlight concerns and mitigation. Create Procedures and SOPs, audit manual, checklists to make audit scalable Newsletter and Reporting to management / stakeholders on findings, action plans and establish accountability Solution driven and ability to manage multiple tasks by prioritising. Ensure post disbursement covenants, and monitorables are stipulated and tracked Portfolio Monitoring activities encompassing exposure tracking, overdue distribution, business parameters of parameters, tracking key developments of partners for red flags Ability to have an analytical bent of mind to analyse, improve and implement new & existing processes from scratch. Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand Demonstrated flexibility and agility to learn a new industry/ domain Solving problems through structured thinking, project planning and hands-on execution. Analysis of the gaps in the existing process and optimization of the same as strategic projects Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as and when they emerge Keep sharp eye on user experience and journey
