Job Title: Primary & Secondary Hindi Teacher (CBSE Curriculum) Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Salary Range: 15,000 - 25,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications) Preferred Candidates: Local applicants with a strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary & Secondary Hindi Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves teaching the Hindi language as per the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) curriculum, with a focus on developing students\' reading, writing, and comprehension skills in Hindi. Key Responsibilities: Lesson Planning and Instruction: Design and implement comprehensive Hindi language lesson plans based on the CBSE curriculum. Teach reading, writing, and comprehension skills using interactive and engaging teaching methods. Foster a love for the Hindi language and culture among students. Assessment and Grading: Regularly assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback and grade performances according to CBSE standards. Identify and support students\' individual learning needs. Classroom Management: Create and maintain a respectful, safe, and productive learning environment. Implement effective behavior management techniques and uphold school policies. Parent-Teacher Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians about student progress and development. Collaborate with parents to enhance students\' learning experiences. Professional Development: Keep abreast of the latest teaching techniques, educational policies, and updates in the CBSE Hindi curriculum. Participate in professional development programs, seminars, and workshops. Extracurricular Engagement: Engage in and potentially lead school activities related to Hindi language and culture. Encourage student participation in clubs, cultural events, and educational trips. Required Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Hindi or a closely related field. A B.Ed degree is highly desirable. Previous teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school is preferred. Excellent proficiency in the Hindi language and a strong grasp of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methods. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student learning and development. Proven ability to manage classroom dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively.
