• Fluency in Hindi language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Mandatory skill).
• Bachelor of Education (B.ed) degree with specialization, preferably in Hindi (Mandatory skill).
• Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) certification (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in using diverse student assessment tools to monitor progress effectively and guide learning.
• Proficiency in lesson planning software to design comprehensive and engaging curriculum plans.
• Effective classroom management skills to maintain an orderly and supportive learning environment.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and the ability to conduct virtual classes seamlessly.
• Knowledge of second language acquisition techniques to support non-native Hindi speakers.
