Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hindi teacher to join our dynamic team for the Primary and Middle school levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate Hindi lessons, fostering a love for the language, and building strong foundational skills in speaking, reading, and writing.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the curriculum standards (CBSE/ICSE/IB, as applicable). Develop age-appropriate instructional materials and activities for Grades 1 to 8. Use innovative and creative teaching techniques to make learning fun and effective. Assess student progress regularly through oral and written evaluations. Maintain student records and provide feedback to parents and school management. Promote language proficiency through storytelling, rhymes, poems, plays, and classroom interactions. Support and participate in Hindi-related school events, competitions, and cultural programs. Manage classroom behavior effectively and create a positive learning environment. Collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to interdisciplinary activities. Attend staff meetings, training programs, and workshops as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hindi or related field. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Hindi for primary or middle grades. Proficiency in Hindi (verbal and written) and a good command of English. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to connect with children and make learning engaging and meaningful. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and blended learning approaches is an advantage.
