Hindi Teacher

Location: Mount Dios International School, opp kala bhairava temple, simhachalam, Old Adavivaram, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530028

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for students of varying proficiency levels.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and tests in alignment with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
• Teach Hindi language skills , including reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension.
• Foster a love for the language through creative activities like storytelling, poetry recitation, debates, and cultural programs.
• Use teaching aids such as worksheets, smart boards, audio-visual tools, and interactive activities to enhance learning.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and periodic assessments.
• Prepare and distribute study materials, notes, and homework to reinforce classroom teaching.
• Encourage students to participate in Hindi literary events, competitions, and cultural celebrations.
• Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
• Organize Hindi Day celebrations and other language-oriented activities to promote the language and culture.
• Collaborate with staff for interdisciplinary projects and programs.
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
• Stay updated with modern teaching methods, educational tools, and language pedagogy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi Literature, Hindi Language, or related field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Hindi Teacher in a school setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Hindi grammar, literature, and communication skills .
• Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools like smart boards, projectors, and online platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude toward working with colleagues.
