: Hindi Lecturer

Overview: We are seeking a qualified Hindi Lecturer to join our esteemed academic institution. As a Hindi Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and inspiring students in the field of Hindi language, literature, and culture. This role requires a deep understanding of Hindi grammar, literature, and effective teaching methodologies to engage students at various levels of proficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: A Master's degree or higher in Hindi language, Hindi literature, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is highly desirable. Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is essential. Ability to teach Hindi to both native and non-native speakers is required.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum that align with the educational goals and objectives of the institution.
• Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging lectures, conduct discussions, and facilitate interactive sessions to enhance students' understanding and proficiency in Hindi.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer quizzes, tests, and examinations to evaluate students' progress and understanding of Hindi language and literature.
• Feedback and Guidance: Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic performance and offer guidance on improving their Hindi language skills.
• Research and Scholarship: Stay updated with advancements in Hindi language, literature, and pedagogy through research and scholarly activities. Encourage students to undertake research projects.
• Student Support: Mentor and support students individually or in groups, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Administrative Duties: Assist in administrative tasks such as student enrollment, academic advising, and participating in faculty meetings.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
