About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hindi Telecaller to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients, effectively communicating product/service information and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls:
• Contact potential clients by phone to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Present product/service information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
• Handle customer objections effectively and address their concerns.
• Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify and escalate customer issues to appropriate departments.
