Skills to be successful: Strong knowledge of HIL testing methodologies, including HIL system design, development, and implementation Knowledge on any HIL simulator: 1. Dspace 2. OPAL 3. NI HIL or PXI equivalent 4. Etas 5. VT System Vector Experience with complex HIL setup and test involving multiple controllers and harnesses. Experience with HIL test automation, scripting languages, and software development tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, Python, Visual basic etc. Understanding software/controls development and the interaction with mechatronic components it controls (switches, relays, other control modules) CAN, CCP/XCP Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in data acquisition, analysis, and reporting technical details. Ability to manage timelines and documentation. Skill : HIL TESTING Experience : 3-8 years Location : Chennai B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Automotive Engineering 2. 2 to 4years of testing experience using dSPACE HIL System or equivalent test system 3. Analysing and troubleshooting experience in protocols like CAN, J1939 4. Hands on experience in Vector Tools like CANape, CANanalyzer 5. Basic I/O modelling experience in Simulink 6. Programming experience in CAPL/Automation Desk/Python. 7. Good Communication skills \' Telematics Testing Serial protocol communication (RS232 & RS485) Ethernet / TCP protocol HIL basic knowledge CAN protocol Vector Tool - CANoe,CANalyzer,CANape ModBus Protocol Experience: 4+ yrs (need 2-3 Yrs relevant experience) Location: Chennai HiL with MiL and SiL Should have at least 2-3 Yrs of experience with engine model development simulation Real time model development and Simulation for Engine, 1D tool -thermodynamics, Desirable: HIL testing experience.
