Responsibilities:

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for planning and scheduling market visits for lead generation.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Meeting sales targets of multiple payment solutions for EDC/card swipe.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 machine, point of sales software, insurance, and other financial products.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Deployment of products and articulation of benefits and best practices at client locations.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring customer satisfaction leads to higher sales conversions and retention.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Gathering consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Enable digital payments at unorganized retailers by onboarding new retailers and making them understand the complete payments acceptance process and its benefits.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Visit the existing merchant and resolve if the merchant having any issues. Requirements:
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-starters, who can take ownership without hand-holding and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, will be an ideal fit.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate about working in a fast-growing firm and ready to get their hands dirty. \xe2\x80\xa2 Articulate complex solutions to novice customers.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Honesty and trustworthiness are the most important virtues.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Good sales and negotiation skills.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Interest in financial products and markets.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of Local geography.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 A smartphone with an understanding of operating systems and applications is a must.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 1-3 Years of relevant experience in Telecom, banking, Retail, Wallet, and E-commerce.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresher candidates with good sales acumen are welcome for the profile.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
