Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced High School Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching mathematics, a deep understanding of the subject, and experience in teaching at the senior secondary level (Class 9-12) under the CBSE curriculum. Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching: Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons in Mathematics (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Statistics, and Probability) for high school students following the CBSE syllabus.
• Lesson Planning & Execution: Creating and implementing detailed lesson plans that cater to a variety of learning styles. Using innovative teaching methods to explain complex mathematical concepts.
• Assessments: Designing and grading regular assessments (formative and summative), providing constructive feedback, and ensuring that students are meeting learning objectives.
• Classroom Management: Maintaining a disciplined, positive, and conducive learning environment while managing classroom behavior effectively.
• Individual Support: Offering additional support to struggling students through remedial classes, one-on-one sessions, and extra practice work to ensure their academic success.
• Curriculum Development: Actively participating in the development and review of the mathematics curriculum to align with the latest academic standards and improve teaching methods.
• Parental Communication: Regularly communicating with parents regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Professional Development: Keeping up to date with developments in mathematics education, attending professional development programs, and contributing to school initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Postgraduate degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. Mathematics or equivalent).
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory.
• Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated schools, with proven success in teaching high school mathematics.
• Skills:
• Deep knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns for grades 9-12.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to use educational technology and digital tools effectively.
• A proactive and student-centered teaching approach.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
