Pratibha Vidyalayam is seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of our diverse student body. The teacher will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth in mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans that fulfill curriculum requirements and meet state standards.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to address different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and other forms of assessment.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Utilize technology and other resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Provide additional support to students outside of regular class hours as needed.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, including those related to student discipline and academic integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid state teaching certification in secondary mathematics education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?15,555.06 per month
